Evaluasi Pendidikan: Program Evaluasi Pendidikan di PAUD KB Cempaka

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the educational program at PAUD KB Cempaka to identify the extent of program implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the efforts undertaken to improve the quality of early childhood education services. This research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. The research participants consisted of the principal, teachers, and other stakeholders involved in implementing the educational program at PAUD KB Cempaka. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data credibility was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the educational program at PAUD KB Cempaka has been implemented in accordance with the institution's objectives and the applicable curriculum. Learning activities, character development programs, and parental involvement have been carried out effectively. However, several challenges remain, including limited educational facilities and infrastructure, varying levels of teacher competence, and the need to optimize learning evaluation practices. The success of the program is supported by the commitment of educators, active parental participation, and a conducive learning environment. Meanwhile, continuous quality improvement efforts have been pursued through teacher professional development, the enhancement of learning media, and strengthened collaboration with parents and the community. The findings of this evaluation are expected to serve as a foundation for developing more effective, efficient, and sustainable educational programs to enhance the quality of early childhood education services.
