The creative industry is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the economy because it depends on human creativity, knowledge, and skills to produce economically valuable goods and services. However, in the Islamic economic perspective, creative business activities should not only pursue profit but must also follow the principles of justice, welfare, honesty, and blessing. This study aims to analyze the interpretation of QS. Ar-Ra’d verse 11 and examine its relevance to work ethics and producer behavior in the Islamic creative industry. This research used a qualitative approach with a library research design and thematic interpretation (tafsir maudhu’i). The primary data were obtained from QS. Ar-Ra’d verse 11 and reference tafsir works, including Tafsir Al-Misbah, Tafsir Ibnu Katsir, and Tafsir Al-Maraghi, while the secondary data consisted of scientific journals, Islamic economics books, and previous studies. Data were collected through documentation and analyzed using content analysis and textual-contextual analysis. The results show that QS. Ar-Ra’d verse 11 contains the values of self-improvement, responsibility, hard work, independence, creativity, honesty, and social welfare. These values are relevant to building Islamic work ethics and encouraging producers to behave professionally, innovatively, honestly, and responsibly. Therefore, this verse can serve as a value-based foundation for Muslim creative industry actors to develop productive, ethical, and sustainable businesses.
