Abstract

This study examines the crucial role of the government in controlling Shariah transactions related to forbidden and void practices in the context of Islamic economics. By summarizing the main findings, this analysis identifies the major challenges faced by the government, including inadequate regulation, social, legal, and economic challenges. Additionally, the study evaluates the alignment of findings with the research objectives, affirming its success in addressing the research questions posed. Practical implications of this research strengthen the urgency of improving regulation and supervision of Shariah transactions, while its theoretical implications highlight the contribution of this research to our understanding of the government's role in Islamic economics. Although this study provides valuable contributions, some methodological limitations are acknowledged, implying the need for further research. This research underscores the importance of the government's role in maintaining the integrity of Shariah transactions and provides a foundation for further action in improving the practice of controlling Shariah transactions.
