Abstrak

English language learning for early childhood requires creative, enjoyable, and developmentally appropriate approaches. However, many kindergarten and early childhood education (PAUD) teachers have not yet optimized the use of interactive digital learning media, particularly online ESL games, to support English learning. This Community Service Program aims to assist kindergarten and PAUD teachers in optimizing interactive learning media based on online ESL games to enhance the quality of English instruction for young learners. The program was implemented through training sessions, practical mentoring, teaching simulations, and gradual participatory evaluation of digital media usage. The results indicate an improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in selecting, operating, and integrating online ESL games into contextual and enjoyable English learning activities. Furthermore, the mentoring process increased students’ learning motivation, active participation, and the creation of a more interactive and communicative classroom atmosphere. This program contributes to strengthening teachers’ pedagogical competence and digital literacy while supporting early childhood English learning through adaptive educational technology. Continuous mentoring programs are recommended to ensure the sustainable integration of digital learning media into daily teaching practices.
