Pengaruh Regulasi Syariah Terhadap Investasi Saham Di Pasar Modal Indonesia
Abstract
The development of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia faces challenges related to the effectiveness of regulations in building investor confidence and maintaining the quality of issuers. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic regulations, assess the function of Islamic screening, and understand its impact on the dynamics of Islamic stock investment. The research uses a qualitative literature review method, through the analysis of various primary and secondary literature related to Islamic financial regulations and market behaviour. The results of the study show that Islamic regulations play an important role in providing legal certainty and encouraging more ethical market governance. Islamic screening helps maintain corporate integrity, although its influence on stock value is often affected by other economic factors. In addition, harmonious and adaptive regulatory quality has proven to be a determinant of the competitiveness of the sharia capital market. In conclusion, sharia regulations are the main foundation for strengthening investor confidence, but their effectiveness still requires consistent supervision and improved market literacy. It is recommended that policy harmonisation and investor education continue to be strengthened to support the sustainable development of the sharia capital market.
