Pendampingan Baca Kitab dengan Metode Nubdatu al-Bayan pada Santri Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Desa Pagendingan Kecamatan Galis Kabupaten Pamekasan

Abstrak

This study explores the guidance of reading the Quran with the Nubdatu al-Bayan method among female Islamic students (santri) at Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in the village of Pagendingan, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency. The Nubdatu al-Bayan method is one of the traditional approaches to understanding and reciting the holy Quran among santri. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of this method in supporting the comprehension and recitation of the Quran among female santri.This research employs a qualitative approach, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis to collect data from female santri at Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. The results of the study indicate that the guidance of reading the Quran with the Nubdatu al-Bayan method has a positive impact on the understanding and recitation of the Quran. Female santri engaged in this method tend to have a deeper understanding of the Quran's content and enhance their reading and pronunciation skills of the Quran.The research also identifies key factors that support the success of the Nubdatu al-Bayan method, including the role of mentors, a supportive learning environment, and active involvement of the santri. Recommendations are provided to further expand the use of this method in the context of religious education in Islamic boarding schools as an effort to enhance the understanding and closeness of the santri to the holy Quran.
