Internalisasi Kesadaran dan Perilaku Keagamaan Santri di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum
Abstract
This article aims to describe the internalization of awareness of the values of discipline and obedience towards changes in the religious behavior of students at the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Lumajang. This research is a field research study, where data is collected and processed from the field. Data were obtained through direct observation and interviews with several informants, who are students. The data analysis stages follow the stages of data reduction, data presentation, drawing preliminary conclusions, and verification activities. The results of the study conclude that the internalization of religious awareness and behavior at the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Lumajang, based on the research results, builds discipline through following rules, the schedule for reciting the Koran, as well as obedience and respect for the kyai and asatidz. Supervision also serves as a control for strengthening discipline, religious behavior, and the development of the students' spirituality.
