Abstract

This article aims to describe the relevance of the interpretation of Quranic verses and Islamic educational philosophy to the management of learning media. This research is qualitative in nature with a literature review approach. The data sources in this study include books on Islamic philosophy by Imam Ghazali and Ibn Rusyd, the al-Misbah interpretation, the Kitab Jalalain, and the Kitab al-Maraghi. Data analysis uses the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that the role of philosophy in learning is to provide a theoretical and philosophical foundation for education, assist curriculum developers, teachers, and students in understanding educational objectives, designing effective learning processes, and developing critical thinking skills, character formation, and innovation. Learning media in the perspective of Quranic exegesis are classified into audio media in At-Taubah verse 11, visual media in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 31, and audio-visual media in Surah An-Naml verses 28-30.
